Tissue Culture Lab Expansion

Virus-free starting material is the bottleneck for regional growers who need uniform cuttings and finished stems. We expanded lab throughput so mother-stock and plantlet programmes can scale without mixing batches.

What the lab expansion covers

New culture rooms and bench space let us run parallel chrysanthemum lines — including stock destined for cuttings houses and for our own greenhouse finishing. Batch records stay with each flask through acclimatisation.

From flask to greenhouse

Plantlets leave the lab only after visual and protocol checks. Acclimatisation humidity and light are stepped so rooted material arrives ready for netting and pinching rather than stalling in the first weeks.

  • Separated culture rooms by line
  • Traceable batch IDs on every tray
  • Acclimatisation before greenhouse transplant

Who this serves

Growers who buy plant tissue culture or rooted cuttings get the same virus-free logic we use for export-grade finished flowers.
