How the new window fits packing
Korean programmes often want spray and disbud in the same week. We will hold cartons in cold storage until the Seoul cut-off rather than mixing them into a Japan truck that leaves earlier.
Grading does not change
Stem length, head size, and foliage rules stay the catalogue defaults unless the buyer files OEM exceptions. A new route is not a new grade.

What to confirm now
Week number, SKU mix, dyed vs natural, and whether cartons fly Seoul-direct or connect. Share import paperwork with the desk at the same time as the stem count.
