Harvest Season Update — Lam Dong

Q3 is peak production in Lam Dong. This update covers how we sequence harvest, grading, and export so buyers can lock carton counts against real greenhouse capacity.

Highland timing

Don Duong elevation keeps bloom quality stable, but rain and cloud cover still move harvest windows by a few days. We publish weekly stem availability for disbud and spray so importers are not guessing from last year’s calendar.

Packing-house load

Parallel lines handle standard export bunches and OEM packs. Peak weeks need confirmed SKU mix early so netting, dyeing, and carton specs do not queue behind last-minute changes.

  • Weekly stem forecast for Q3 programmes
  • Separate dyed vs natural packing slots
  • Cold storage held at 1–4°C until dispatch

Cuttings vs finished stems

Some varieties ship as cuttings and as fresh cut. Tell us the form you need so we do not double-book the same mother-stock week.

Book Q3 with the desk

Send destination, week numbers, and carton estimates via the export form. Phytosanitary and packing-list lead times sit on top of harvest, not instead of it.
