Our Don Duong facility runs parallel packing lines for disbud and spray chrysanthemums, with dyed variants processed on dedicated shifts to prevent cross-contamination of colour treatments.
Cold-chain protocol from farm to port
Stems move from harvest to pre-cool within two hours. Pre-cool tunnels bring bunch temperature to target range before grading. Packed cartons enter cold storage at 1–4°C until truck or container dispatch.

Grading standards for export buyers
Export-grade Makoto, Spider, and Radost lines are graded by stem length, flower diameter, and foliage quality. Disbud varieties target 80–90 cm stems with uniform head size; spray types are bunched by bloom stage for consistent retail presentation.
Dyed programmes use food-grade colour processes on selected white varieties — custom colour matching available for novelty and event markets with minimum order quantities.
Importer checklist before peak season
